The Strike Stick

The Strike Stick is a holder to place an alignment stick vertically whilst you practice. The Hip Stick can strike the stick at different points in the swing to give feedback on rotation. 

The Strike Stick comes with 4 rods and a cross so you can insert your own alignment stick into the vertical position.
