What's Included?
HIP STICK
The Hip Stick is designed to fit onto your belt. You can use this as a guide for the backswing or to collide the strike stick and impact.
ELBOW STICK
The Elbow Stick is designed to fit onto your belt. Then place an empty bottle onto the stick and hear the crunch every time you hit the golf ball.
STRIKE STICK
The strike stick is designed for the hip stick to strike either at impact or post impaxt position.

How to Set Up Hip Stick
Position the Hip Stick over your belt just to the left of your belt loop. When standing in address this will point 45 degrees (SW facing)
To rehearse impact place the Strike Stick inline with your lead ankle.
At the moment of contact with the ball you will hear the two sticks collide.
To rehearse post impact position your lead foot Infront of the horizontal pointer.
After impact as you continue to clear your hips and chest you will hear the 2 sticks collide.
